What is included
| Asset | Detail |
|---|---|
| boardsnap.ai | Two real words, nine characters, spells its own product. Registered through April 2028, so roughly 19 months of runway comes with it. Clean history, single owner, never parked with ads, no trademark disputes. |
| Live iOS app | BoardSnap: Snap Notes AI, App Store ID 6763090203. Version 1.2.0, five versions shipped, rated 5.0 from 5 ratings. Nothing pending review. |
| Approved subscriptions | Pro Monthly at $9.99, Pro Annual at $69.99, and Pro Lifetime. All three approved by Apple. StoreKit 2 direct, so there is no third party subscription vendor to untangle. |

| Marketing site | The site you are reading. Over 1,000 pages of content, on Cloudflare Pages. See the honest note below on what it actually earns. |
| Brand assets | Logo, icon, design tokens, App Store screenshots, legal documents (privacy policy and terms). |
The honest numbers
You will find these in ten minutes anyway, so here they are first. BoardSnap has earned $59.49 in its lifetime, from a single annual subscriber, across 30 total installs. The current run rate is zero to two installs a month and $0 in revenue. The marketing site draws roughly 390 search impressions and 2 clicks per 90 days, and most of its 1,000 pages were crawled by Google and not indexed.
It was built and shipped, then never marketed. This is an asset sale, not a business with revenue, and it is priced as one. If you are looking for cash flow, this is not it. If you want a name, a finished product and a live App Store position, keep reading.
Why it is worth more than it earns
- The name. BoardSnap works for whiteboard capture, note taking, screenshot tools, kanban and project software, or education technology. It is brandable rather than invented, and .ai has the highest sell through rate of any major extension on the domain aftermarket.
- The App Store position. Getting a first app approved, plus three subscription products approved, takes most teams four to eight weeks and carries real rejection risk. That is already done here, on a name that explains itself.
- The transfer is proven clean. Checked against all nine of Apple's published transfer criteria: zero blockers. Most listed apps have not been checked, and buyers have been burned by that.
- Sign in with Apple survives. Apple transfers the Service ID with the app, so existing signed in users carry over rather than being orphaned.
How the transfer works
Money clears first. Always. Nothing moves before that.
- 1. Escrow. We open Escrow.com, you fund it, and I confirm it is funded before touching a single asset.
- 2. The app. I initiate the App Store transfer to your Apple Developer account. You need a paid Apple Developer account with the Paid Applications agreement accepted, otherwise Apple stalls the transfer silently. You accept on your side and it is done.
- 3. The domain. I unlock boardsnap.ai and send the auth code through the escrow channel. If you are also at GoDaddy it is a push and takes seconds. Any other registrar uses the auth code.
- 4. Everything else. The three repositories, the Supabase project, the Cloudflare Pages site, and the brand assets. You supply your own AI provider keys and redeploy the edge functions, which takes about an hour.
- 5. Escrow releases.
What you should know before buying
- The AI pipeline calls a vision model and a text model through provider APIs. Those are metered and you bring your own keys. Budget accordingly.
- The app is iOS only. There is no Android build and no web app.
- The codebase is Flutter, not native Swift. If your team is Swift only, value the source at zero and buy this for the name and the App Store slot.
