BoardSnap reads the logical structure of what's on the board — variables, relationships, decision trees, labeled boxes and arrows. For a sketched financial model, it will capture the model logic and key assumptions in prose. It won't produce a spreadsheet — but it produces the narrative that describes the model.
The VisionKit scan runs on-device. AI summarization sends content to BoardSnap's API over TLS. If your board contains MNPI or deal-confidential information, review your firm's policies on cloud processing of that content. When in doubt, capture without summarizing and summarize offline once cleared.
