## How to cancel

Since BoardSnap is an iOS app, the subscription is managed entirely by Apple — not by a separate BoardSnap billing portal. Cancellation takes about 30 seconds:

Option 1 — iPhone Settings:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find BoardSnap and tap it
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Option 2 — App Store:

1. Open the App Store
2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find BoardSnap and tap it
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

## What happens after you cancel

• Pro access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for
• Your data is safe — boards, summaries, action items, and projects are not deleted
• You drop to free tier after the period ends — 1 project and 30 boards, summary only
• Resubscribe anytime — your projects and history are waiting when you come back

## Monthly vs. yearly

If you're on the $9.99/month plan and cancel mid-month, you keep Pro until the end of that month. On the $69.99/year plan, you keep Pro until the anniversary date. Apple does not prorate refunds for unused time in either case — though you can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem system within a reasonable window.

## No tricks
