## Current state
BoardSnap Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system. Each user purchases Pro individually on their own Apple ID. There is no:
- Team or group subscription
- Volume licensing
- Corporate billing or invoicing
- Admin console to manage team seats
- Group discount
## How teams use BoardSnap today
Each team member who wants Pro capability subscribes individually through the App Store. The free tier (1 project, 30 boards) is available to everyone without subscribing — teams can evaluate it at zero cost before committing.
## Sharing boards between team members
Real-time collaboration and shared project access between multiple accounts is not currently a BoardSnap feature. Each user's projects and boards are in their own account. Sharing output works by copying the summary or action items as text and sending them via Slack, email, or any other channel.
## What's on the roadmap
Team plans and shared projects are natural next features for BoardSnap — but there's no announced timeline. The current product is optimized for individual use.
## Family Sharing / Apple subscriptions
App Store subscriptions for BoardSnap Pro are not shareable via Apple Family Sharing — this is controlled by the app's subscription configuration.
