Real-time collaboration would mean multiple BoardSnap users could view the same project simultaneously, see boards as they're added, update action item statuses together, and chat in a shared context. None of that exists today.

## What's actually in the app

BoardSnap is designed for the individual who's standing at the whiteboard at the end of the meeting. One person, one phone, one snap. The output — summary and action items — is the shareable artifact.

## The practical team workflow

Teams find a workable rhythm:

1. One person is designated the board-snapper for the session
2. They snap it in BoardSnap, review the output
3. They copy the summary or action items and post to the team's channel (Slack, Teams, email, Notion, Linear, wherever)
4. The team works from the posted output

This isn't real-time collaboration, but it's fast — under a minute from board to shared output.

## Why it's designed this way

BoardSnap's core value is in the capture moment: you're at the board, you snap, you have the plan. The collaboration layer — how the team then works the tasks — is intentionally left to the tools the team already uses. Trying to replicate Notion or Linear inside a whiteboard app is scope creep; doing the capture job exceptionally well is the focus.
