Can I export from BoardSnap to PDF?
Short answer
Yes. BoardSnap's summary and action list can be exported as PDF via the iOS share sheet. Tap Share on any board, then choose Print — iOS's built-in print dialog allows you to save any page as a PDF without a printer. The exported PDF includes the board summary and action list.
## How to export a BoardSnap board as PDF
iOS doesn't have a native "Export as PDF" button, but the Print → Save as PDF path works in any app:
- Open the board in BoardSnap
- Tap the Share icon
- Select Print from the share sheet
- In the print preview, use a pinch-out gesture on the preview to open a full-screen PDF view
- Tap the Share icon again in the top right
- Choose Save to Files, Mail, Slack, or any other destination
The resulting PDF contains the board summary and action list in a readable format. This is standard iOS behavior — it works in any app, not just BoardSnap.
## Alternatively: share the plain text
For most workflows, plain text is more useful than PDF. Paste the summary into a Google Doc or Notion page, then export from there as PDF with your formatting and branding applied. This gives you control over the visual output.
