## What works today for teams

Each person on your team can have their own BoardSnap account — free or Pro — and use it independently. The most common pattern is:

1. The person in the room snaps the board using their account
2. They export the action items or summary via the share sheet
3. They paste the output into Slack, Notion, Linear, or wherever the team tracks work

This is the current workflow. It's a workaround, not a native collaboration feature — but it's effective for most meeting scenarios.

## What's not available yet

• Shared projects — no mechanism to give another account access to your project
• Live collaboration — no real-time co-editing or simultaneous snap review
• Team billing — no org-level account that covers multiple seats
• Admin console — no way for a manager to see team members' boards

## Is team collaboration on the roadmap?

Team and collaboration features are a natural next step for BoardSnap, particularly for product and consulting teams where multiple people work off the same whiteboard content. No ship date is committed, but it's a recognized gap.

## Workarounds that work today

Shared email + single account. For a small team where one person is the designated snap-taker, sharing a single login is technically possible. Not ideal for privacy or concurrent use, but it works.

Export to shared tools. The share sheet lets you send the summary or action items anywhere — Slack channel, shared Notion page, team Jira board. This keeps the output collaborative even if the capture is individual.
