The problem
Ideation workshops are designed to generate volume — lots of ideas, fast. The whiteboard fills up quickly. Sticky notes overlap. Clusters form organically as people group similar ideas. It's productive and chaotic simultaneously.
Then someone photographs the board, says they'll type it up, and forgets the half-finished cluster that was the most interesting idea in the room. Or they type up the voted-on ideas but not the rejected ones — losing the divergent thinking that future sessions might need to revisit.
BoardSnap captures the full board: every idea, every cluster, every vote count, every annotation in the margin.
